Jane Lobdell thanked those few that helped decorate the Christmas Tree at St. Michael's Church.

The Children's Party will take place on December 6th from 1:00 to 3:00. Since this year the Tree is on the stage, we will need many people to help navigate the children up and down the stairs. Please bring goodies for the children (juice, cookies, brownies etc.).Those of you that have not attended this party in the past, please make a point of attending if you can. When you see the children spy Santa coming into the room, it will warm your heart and put you in the holiday spirit.

Mountview Wine and Liquors is having a Scotch tasting at Jesse Camille's on Monday, December 8th to benefit the United Way of Naugatuck and Beacon Falls. To sign up, please see Mike Steir at Mountview.

The United Way of Naugatuck and Beacon Falls is having the 2nd Annual Festival of Trees at Naugatuck Savings Bank, 87 Church Street. The reception is Friday, December 12th from 5:30 - 7:30. The Festival will be open to the public Saturday afternoon, December 13, and Monday through Thursday during regular banking hours.

The Choir from Naugatuck High School will once again be the entertainment at our holiday luncheon December 10th at the Continental Room. The cost is $18 per person. Please see Milt Grele if you would like to attend.

Jane Walsh announced that our two applicants for youth exchange were accepted! They are Alyssa Bianca and Anna Merrill.
