Announcements & Information

Jane Walsh attended the Welcome brunch for the visiting GSE team from Central America. They were minus one member that had her appendix removed the day before the trip. We wish her a speedy recovery. Jane reminded us that the GSE team will be at our club on May 6th for their presentation.

Also, there will be a Group Study Exchange Fellowship Barbecue on Friday May 8th at the home of our District Governor, Rick Benson. The address and information is as follows: 17 Buena Vista Drive, Westport, CT. RSVP by May 6th to District Governor Rick and Totney Benson. 203-227-4895. All Rotarians are invited.

Enjoy time with the GSE Teams and fellow Rotarians near the beach in Westport. Competitive barbecuer Cliff Heidinger will provide his championship BBQ pulled pork Rick and Totney will supply setups, burgers, hot dogs and chicken for barbecuing, and a keg of beer. BYOB and bring along an appetizer, salad, side dish or dessert. It will be a potluck party, no cost to attendees who bring a dish. In the event of really inclement weather the party will shift to 5 Flower Farm Lane, Westport.
